QUALIFICATIONS :
- Good people skills
- Completed at least two years of college education (any course)
- At least 18 years old, preferably 30-65 years old.
- Background in customer service is an advantage.
- Able to express oneself in a clear, organized, grammatically correct and spontaneous manner.
- Mid to average comprehension level (has the ability to understand issues and process solutions with minimal supervision; increases learning by showing initiative)
- Computer-literate (knowledge of basic Microsoft applications and internet browsing) Willing to work on graveyard schedule, rotating shift and location
