- Graduate of Human Resource Management or BS /AB Psychology
- With at least 2 years experience in handling all aspects in Human Resources specifically in compensation and benefits, administration, timekeeping and employee relations.
- Well-versed in processing government-mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Equipped with strong leadership and administrative skills
- Can handle work under pressure and willing to work long hours
- With proficient written and communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
