Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, business or social science course or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in basic HR functions which includes recruitment, benefits administration, implementation of personnel policies and guidelines in a manufacturing, food or service company preferably in supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge in Windows based application.
- Can work independently, under minimum supervision.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good coordinating and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Puntod Cagayan De Oro City
